Our Story
Swob® was founded in 2017 by sibling co-founders Stephanie and Alexander Florio in Toronto.
Alexander's frustration with traditional job applications inspired the concept - applying dating app mechanics to job searching.
The platform emerged from a desire to offer convenience, ease of use, and countless opportunities to job seekers everywhere.
